This is not an advertisement i am just asking for advice on how to go about selling my spanish property from anybody who has experience with this.

I have a three bedroom detatched villa near torrevieja in spain. I bought this house, my second in spain, through property developers Atlas. I was planning to rent it out, but now i wish to sell it. I have never lived in it, or even stayed in it, so it is brand new, it has a large roof terrace plus shared access to a comunal pool.

I have tried to sell properties through spanish estate agents in the past, but they just seem useless. Could anyone offer me any advice on how i should go about selling it, or any websites etc where i could advertise. If anyone has previous experience feel free to email me aswell, i’d really appreciate it.

Im lookin to buy a detached house prefrebly with a private swimming pool in the villa martin area. If anyone knows anywhere ie good estate agents or even if someone is selling then let me know.

A colleague of mine has been left part of a spanish property as the result of the death of her father. The property has been sold but as is normal in spain part of the asking price is paid in "cash" under the table as "black money".

As a result, my colleague now has a substantial sum in Euro cash that she now needs to get back into the UK. Can she just transfer the money from Spain into a UK account? Or does she need to do something else?
